Virtual In-House Counsel was formed in 2001 primarily to serve small business clients. We combine traditional legal services with more innovative and responsive approaches to the challenges of today's business climate; to become an integral part of the management team--to become, virtually, an in-house counsel.

To ensure cost effective client service, we make use of web-based reference materials, a variety of business information sources, the latest software, electronic filing systems, e-mail, and voice mail; all incorporated to better serve your needs within the most responsive time frame possible.

The staff of Virtual In-House Counsel offers expertise in such matters as business planning and formation, employee relations, regulatory issues, risk management, conflict resolution and real estate. Our practice consists of a mix of approximately 40% Corporate Counsel, 30 % Employment law, 10% Real Estate and Water Law, 10% Estate Planning and 10% Litigation.

Together, Founder Kris Hedine and his staff have formed an experienced Service Team. Our Service Team approach ensures that quality service is provided at the lowest possible cost. How can that be? We believe that by assigning a given project to the most appropriate level of expertise, (or by segmenting a project into manageable parts) we help our clients incur the lowest possible fees needed to get the job done. This also allows Virtual In-House Counsel to complete your job faster than most other firms.
