Our Practice Areas:

Vision:

Virtual In-House Counsel was formed in 2001 primarily to serve small and medium-sized business clients. We combine traditional legal services with more innovative and responsive approaches to the challenges of today’s business climate with the purpose of becoming an integral part of the management team–virtually, an in-house counsel.

Services:

The attorneys at Virtual In-House Counsel have expertise in such matters as business planning and formation, employee relations, regulatory issues, risk management, conflict resolution and real estate. Our practice consists of a mix of approximately 40% company counsel matters, 30% employment law, 10% real estate and water law, 10% estate planning and 10% litigation and dispute resolution.

Qualified and Experienced Professionals:

Founder Kris Hedine and his staff have formed an experienced service team. Our service team approach ensures that quality service is provided at the lowest possible cost. We believe that by assigning a given project to the most appropriate level of expertise (or by segmenting a project into manageable parts), we help our clients incur the lowest possible fees needed to get the job done. This also allows Virtual In-House Counsel to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Kris Hedine has been practicing law in Walla Walla for over 30 years. He started Virtual In-House Counsel with the objective of providing legal services which are proactive and preventive in nature, instead of merely reacting to problems or issues after they arise.

Jared has been practicing law for 9 years, during which time he has advised government agencies, private companies, and individuals. He works hard to proactively and satisfactorily resolve the legal needs of VIHC clients as efficiently as possible.

It's Kathy's friendly voice you may hear when you call VIHC. Her concern for your legal needs is her top priority.

Kjirsten understands that your time is valuable. She will quickly assist you with any administrative question you might have.
